Blurb KISS ACROSS CHAINS:

When dying becomes an act of love.
It is four years since Taylor and Brody almost lost Veris during the First Crusade. Now they know how to control time jumps, they have settled into a very nearly perfect, nearly human life, raising their daughter Marit.

When Brody defies Queen Tira to protect Marit, the three of them jump back three days in time to collect evidence the queen set up Brody for a drug bust in retribution.  The jump sends them back to Brody’s personal nightmare:  Sixth century Constantinople.
While Brody survives as a flogged slave, Taylor masquerades as the wife of an aristocrat and searches for Brody to release him.  They must wait for Veris to find them before jumping home and Taylor watches each brutal chariot race, wondering if this will be Brody’s last.  Brody once died in the Hippodrome and he is human this time, too….

Warning:  This story features two super hot alpha vampire heroes, multiple sex scenes, including anal sex, MM sexual play, and MMF sex.  Do not read this book if frank sexual language and sex scenes offend you.
The time-space continuum was restored to order at the end of this book.  Promise.

This is the third book in the Kiss Across Time Series
Book 1:  Kiss Across Time
Book 2:  Kiss Across Swords
Book 3:  Kiss Across Chains

Character Interview:

Taylor Yates, thanks for visiting the Passion Sense blog. We have a couple questions we’d like you to share with readers:

  1. If you celebrate the 4th of July holiday, what’s your favorite or worse memory?

Oh, that’s easy!  Marit, our daughter, had just turned four, and Brody recalled his memory of where he was on July 4, 1776.  We all jumped back to Virginia in 1776 for a week.  It was an eye-opening experience for Marit…and for me.  I think even Veris was impressed and moved, although he was stoic as usual.  But I caught him reading James Fenimore Cooper when we returned to our time!

  1. Tell us about your most current adventure.

We recently returned from fifth century Constantinople…a most harrowing experience that I, for one, am glad is over.  I have been hugging Marit a lot since we returned.  I have a new appreciation for chariot racing, and modern conveniences like ice machines and make-up remover!

I have come to realize how precious life is, especially friends and family.

  2. What is your most favorite thing to do? Or, do you have a super power?

We’re not doing any time jumps for a while.  That tends to happen after a big one where things went wrong.  But I’m sure Veris and Brody will eventually get restless and start looking to their pasts for another adventure.  After all, they’ve lived for over fifteen hundred years.  Human-styled existence can become tedious after a while.

  3. What is your favorite barbecue food?

Anything that isn’t moving.   I’ve been forced to eat an astonishing range of foods, stuck in the past.  I’ve learned not to turn down any calories that come my way, as I’m never quite sure when my next meal will venture past.

The most interesting meat I’ve eaten was roasted Ibex, in fourteenth century Jerusalem

Blurb:

Maggie Webb never considered her ability a gift.  In fact, seeing dead people

has put quite a damper on her life.  When a demon shows up seeking revenge, all hell breaks loose.

Cole Turner is back from Hell, and he’s going to make Maggie pay.  Maggie’s “gift” is blocking his mission of stealing souls.  However, coming to Earth without permission from The Dark One has cut his ties to Hell and caused him to lose his memory.  He no longer knows Maggie Webb as his enemy but sees her as the only person who can help him discover who, or what, he really is.

Maggie doesn’t want to see the vulnerability in Cole, and the healer in her struggles against her better judgment.  The attraction she feels toward him is undeniable, but if Cole regains his memory he may try to destroy her once again.  And if the Dark One finds him…Can Maggie break the bonds of Hell?

Character Interview:

Today we have the pleasure of being visited by Cole Turner, demonic hero of Nancy Henderson’s paranormal romance novel Wicked Redemption.  Cole, Thanks for visiting the Passion Sense blog. We have a couple questions we’d like you to share with readers:

1.      If you celebrate the 4th of July holiday, what’s your favorite or worse memory?

That’s easy.  Favorite memories are anything involving fire.  Hey, I’m a demon.  I do fire.  Worse memory:  There are a lot of them.  I really hate going to the bars now that they have the no smoking laws into effect.  I set the fire alarms off and they yell at me for smoking.  I don’t smoke.  Cigarettes anyway.  I can’t help that I’m a demon and well….smoke.

2.      Tell us about your most current adventure.  My adventures with Maggie Webb.  I love her.  Yet, she makes my world a mess.  Not sure what do to about that. Guess you’ll have to buy the book and find out how that all works out.  I’m in a real bind.  Heaven won’t have me and Hell’s fed up with me.  Maggie’s mortal, so for now I’m stuck here on Earth. Besides, my author, Nancy Henderson, really loves her job and her readers, so you should buy her book.  If you don’t I just may have to put a curse on you.

3.      What is your most favorite thing to do? Or, do you have a super power? (for non-human characters)  Well, I really like to cause trouble.  If I can ruin someone’s day, all the better to win points with The Dark One.  He’s the head boss, you know.

4.      What is your favorite barbecue food?  I don’t eat, being dead and all, but I love to cook.  Burned food is my specialty.  Did I mention I particularly like fire?
