Kathy Kulig's Take on Vampires with Cover Reveal for #Erotic #Vampire Collection: Cursed Ever After by A.C. James

Do vampires ever go out of style? I think they're here to stay. In books, movies and maybe in real life. Since Bram Stoker's Dracula (1897), silent film, Nosferatu (1922), Dark Shadows (1966-1971), Interview With a Vampire (1976 Novel, 1994 Movie), Underworld (2003), and many more, vampires have entertained us and scared us. I believe they will continue to be a part of our world. There is something powerfully seductive about immortality, remaining forever young and existing on the darkside. Vampires are the ultimate bad boy/girl hero, a tortured hero struggling against good and evil. And that struggle can go on internally and externally.

Author A.C. James approached me about beta reading a couple short vampire stories for her and I fell in love with her world and characters.

Ruler is out now on Amazon.

She will soon have a collection of short stories CURSED EVER AFTER: (Bound, Burned and Chained). They are the introduction to her Vampire series called Eternal Ever After that takes place in the Hell Fire Club, a BDSM club in Chicago.

GIVEAWAY!!!: A.C. is holding a contest on her blog for copies of the anthology:

Do vampires really exist???

I'm also reading a book PIERCING THE DARKNESS: UNDERCOVER WITH VAMPIRES IN AMERICA TODAY by Katherine Ramsland
This is a fascinating read about the vampire subculture in today's society. Lots of detailed stories, creepy, interesting and compelling, at times shocking. This secret world is difficult to penetrate, research or explore, even for those who would respect the beliefs, lifestyle and laws of those who belong.

Do you enjoy vampire stories? Who are your favorites? Do you believe there are real vampires or vampyres?
