Her freedom depends on one man. A criminal to his realm…

Outlawed Realm, Book 4

One minute, Paige Ross is outside a Seattle bar, grieving a failed engagement. The next, she jerks awake in a weird, candlelit room with velvet walls, black silk sheets, and a man who motions for silence.

Paige has little choice but to trust the powerful stranger who promises a way out of what looks like Satan’s brothel. And pray his promise to keep her safe is as real as the heat burning in his eyes.
Banished from E2’s ruling elite for supposed crimes against the realm, Zekin risks everything to rescue those brought to E5 for the guards’ carnal pleasure. Paige will be leaving this inhospitable realm of fire and ice—if he can somehow forget the way her trembling body melts in his arms.

Safe—temporarily—in an underwater world populated by strange creatures, Paige’s sexual awakening explodes into an unquenchable need that consumes them both. But the guards will be looking for her. And Zekin’s plan to send her home is a dangerous journey she cannot—will not—take without him.

Warning: Scorching-hot sex and loads of aching tenderness between a drool-worthy hunk who’s determined to do the right thing and a woman who’s not about to give him up.

Excerpt:

Thick gray clouds rolled above them, heavy with more snow. A sliver of bluish-white light poured through a gap in the cloud cover, as though the moon were trying to bleed through. Its rays swept across the land, which shimmered in the frail glow, sparkling like thousands of diamonds. The effect lasted only a moment, and then the light receded, with shadows once again taking over the hostile terrain.
As though that worried him, Zekin increased his already fast pace, pausing only once to shove her clothing into a snowdrift, burying it.
Why?
Paige wasn’t able to ask. She struggled to keep up, gulping air. It should have been icy, hurting her throat, but wasn’t. The transparent mask no doubt heated it. How was that possible? Desperate for answers, she cried out, “Where are we going?”
Zekin looked over. “A colony where you’ll be safe.”
Paige dug her fingers into his hand. “Where are we? What is this place?”
“E5.”
What in the hell was that? A government installation where scientists conducted classified studies and had pleasure slaves on the side? That made absolutely no—
Wait a sec. Suddenly, Paige recalled Zekin mentioning E1 when he’d first come into her room.
“I’ll do all I can to bring you back to E1,” he’d promised her then.
Instinctively, she held back. Just as quickly, Zekin yanked her forward.
“Don’t fight me,” he warned, “or you’ll end up like the others you saw outside the guards’ outpost.”
Paige shivered so badly, her voice shook. “Did those bastards throw the bodies out there after they murdered those people?”
“Only some. The others they pushed out there to die.”
“Why?”
“They weren’t useful any longer.” Again, he glanced over. “When one of the guards found you and brought you here, they got rid of the other woman. That’s what they do when they tire of females from your realm, or the pleasure slaves they haven’t already killed.”
Paige was about to pepper him with more questions. Instead, her mind snagged on one word—realm.
“You mean country?” Maybe she’d been wrong about his nationality. It wasn’t Greek or Middle-Eastern but Russian. Could be this was Siberia. In a weird sort of way, that made sense. “Is that what you meant—my country? The USA? America?”
He regarded the landscape past her. “We have to hurry before the other guards return and see us.”
Paige couldn’t imagine how that was possible. The material covering them was the same tint as their surroundings, making them virtually invisible…unless the guards had some kind of special eyewear, like night-vision goggles, that allowed them to see what the naked eye couldn’t. “How far is the colony?”
“Past that body of water.” He gestured toward what appeared to be an enormous frozen lake ringed by drifts.
As Paige scanned the area beyond it, searching for some sort of building, a flock of birds flew over the lake. At least she thought they were birds. Their thick feathers were an ashy white, their wingspans enormous, like nothing she’d ever seen.
They flew in an odd formation, not the usual V pattern, but in a perfect circle. Paige couldn’t help but stare at the phenomenon. How in the world did they do—
A thunderous crackling sound interrupted her thoughts, and the again screeching wind.
She flinched. Zekin released her hand and moved in front, his body pushing hers back, shielding Paige as something shattered the ice from beneath the center of the lake. Within seconds, a creature pushed through, hurling its milky body upward. The waves that followed it froze instantly in the raw air, the ends of the water curled over like a fine crystal sculpture. As massive as a blue whale, the creature surged from the lake, a horn protruding from its snout, no doubt what pierced the ice. With blinding speed, it penetrated the circle made by the birdlike creatures.
Shrieking wildly, they scattered, but it did no good. The whale-like thing swung its monstrous head back and forth, gulping several of the creatures before gravity pulled it back down to the water. A thin sheet of ice formed instantly, hiding its exit. Harsh winds toppled the frozen waves as easily as if they’d been a house of cards, then pushed them against the snowdrifts, returning the scene to the relative calm of a few minutes before as though none of the carnage had occurred.
Paige continued to hyperventilate. What kind of fucking nightmare had she stumbled into? Was it possible she’d been drugged and was hallucinating? If not… Aw crap, she didn’t want to think about that.
“There’s nothing to fear,” Zekin assured. “The thing has had its fill for the moment. It won’t harm—”
Her embrace stopped him. She clung to Zekin, her face pressed against his back, praying he wouldn’t push her away. “Don’t leave me, please,” she begged.
Her fiancĂ©, Johnny, had done that, calling off their wedding after she’d worked so hard on the plans and getting him to want her. He never apologized. He’d just told her the score, saying they could still live together. As if she’d want that. Before he’d bugged out on her, her mother and then eventually her father had also left. She’d had no one for too long and by God, right now, Paige needed the warmth of Zekin’s body, the security and comfort of his size to preserve her sanity. To give her hope that they’d both get through this.
“Please,” she repeated.
“I won’t,” he murmured. “It’s all right.” With his hands on her wrists, Zekin gently pulled her arms from him but didn’t step away.
If he had, Paige would have followed. Out here, she had no shame, no pride, just an unbearable need to be close.
He turned to face her, then hesitated only a moment before wrapping his arms around her in a sheltering caress. She couldn’t stop shaking. As he ran his hand down her back, he whispered, “You’re safe.”
No, she wasn’t. Neither was he. Not out here in arctic-land. Deep inside, Paige was terrified they weren’t on Earth any longer. It was crazy to even consider that, but how else to explain all of this? How could either of them survive? Why had he even risked his life to rescue her? Who was he? Where had he come from?
She pressed her cheek against his shoulder. The transparent material covering her face was exactly like skin, letting her feel his solid frame, his heat. She snuggled, unable to stop herself, indulging in this small, welcome intimacy as the world went crazy around them.
The wind died for a moment, then picked up again, slamming against her body as it screamed past. Clouds continued to sink, weighted with snow.
“I’m sorry,” she whispered.
His hand stalled on her back. “For what?”
Being scared and being a burden, asking too many questions, not knowing how to make this better. All her life, Paige had done whatever she could so people wouldn’t leave her. Didn’t work. They always had.
“Getting you into this,” she finally said.
If she hadn’t had those stupid drinks at Rozie’s, if she hadn’t gotten involved with Johnny—a damn fool who couldn’t commit to marriage much less save her ass out here—none of this would have happened.
“You had nothing to do with this,” Zekin said. “It was my choice to come.”

Seven Sensuous Days, #Eroticromance by Tina Donahue

SEVEN SENSUOUS DAYS by Tina Donahue
BOOK FOUR – APPOINTMENT WITH PLEASURE SERIES

EROTIC CONTEMPORARY

Suggested tweet: SEVEN SENSUOUS DAYS - Erotic Contemporary - RELEASE CONTEST - WIN one of 13 erotic romances!!!! http://TheLustyView.com

Blurb:

At an erotic auction, she’s his to bid on…to take…to command.

The night’s sultry, filled with carnal promise as Tessa participates in an agency event to raise money for charity. She’s chained and bared—as women were once displayed for a sultan’s harem—her sweet looks and full figure offered to the wealthy and powerful men.
Among them is Logan. To him, Tessa is so different from his late wife, the seemingly perfect female who cruelly stole his hope and future. Wanting only to forget and have a good time, he wins Tessa, demanding she be his in every way possible, engaging in all wanton acts, though not only for an evening…for seven sensuous days at his secluded Virginia estate.
A provocative proposal with such a dangerously virile man.
A week that changes everything, with Tessa’s exquisite vulnerability and Logan’s suddenly unquenchable desire more than either bargained for.

Excerpt:

Music swelled, drums drowning out what had sounded like flutes and a female voice trilling something. Blood pounded in Tessa’s ears, muting it all. With her face lowered, all she could see was the purplish sheen of her cape. She sensed the panels in front of her parting, the stage displayed. Beyond it were a series of steps descending to a stone walkway flanked with splashing fountains, which eventually led to the crowd…the one man who was supposed to win her for an evening.
A full day was reserved for goddesses like Felicity. With her participation in this event, Ronnie would probably have enough funds to build a community college for young women.
The microphone screeched with brief feedback. Tessa made a face. Ronnie said something Tessa didn’t quite catch.
She bit her bottom lip, and decided to hell with it. She was going to take Felicity’s advice and fantasize.
“He’s dark and dangerous,” Felicity had said.
His features would be masculine, strong, slightly rough, his face shadowed with his coming beard. No, wait. He’d have a mustache and a closely cropped goatee, that hair as dark as his eyebrows. His eyes would be black, piercing, his skin a deep bronze, his lips satiny, his mouth full and rich.
He’d move into her with a right given him by birth, as a ruler. As a male. Looking down at her, he’d smile, shameless lust transforming his features, making him seem even more dangerous. Sex would be on his terms. He’d take her in any manner he chose. Orally, vaginally, anally, his strength precluding escape, his stiffened cock demanding its due, all that she could—
Tessa’s cunt stopped aching with need as her hood fell away. Or rather, Brian had pulled it back. Instinctively, she lifted her head, her attention darting everywhere, much as she suspected a real captive would have behaved, not knowing what to expect. A part of her mind recorded water spraying from the fountains, the again-subdued music, rich and seductive. Ronnie’s voice. The muted conversations of the ladies with their so-called masters.
Those men who hadn’t yet made their selections were quiet. Tessa regarded each. Some were listening to Ronnie. Others glanced at Tessa’s cloak, no doubt wanting it off.
With a flourish, Brian complied and pulled the thing from her, then lifted her arms above her head, securing her shackled wrists to the column.
Tessa stiffened at being exposed in every way possible. There was no hiding her nudity or expression up here, not with the lights trained on her. They weren’t fully intrusive, just enough illumination to exhibit, making her the brightest spot among all the shadows and the torches’ flickering flames. The toasty breeze skimmed the faint moisture on her cunt and licked her nipples, puckering them even more so that the tips appeared that much longer. Areas Felicity’s makeup had accentuated.
Perspiration prickled Tessa’s neck. Her heart beat out of time, the pose she struck both daunting and oddly arousing. There was absolutely nothing to compare to this…being chained and displayed. A sensation of delicious helplessness. Intense vulnerability.
Especially as no one spoke up.
Oh no.
Embarrassment drove heat to Tessa’s throat and cheeks. The music played on and on. Each second crawled by while her mind raced. Would her part in the auction stop when the piece ended even though no one had offered a price? Would Ronnie call for an intermission then, or would she want to continue with the rest of the event as quickly as—
Someone called out a bid.
Tessa’s heart paused. She hadn’t hear the amount. It didn’t matter. One man, at least, craved her.
Who? She studied the audience. A guy, forty or so, smiled with kindness, rather than lust, no doubt sensing and seeing her uncertainty. She offered her own smile in return, liking his sympathetic manner, wondering if he was the one who’d bid on her.
No. He’d already turned to the server and was now pointing at his drink as though he wanted a new one more than anything else.
So who had made the offer?
Another client kept looking from her to Ronnie. Others took a moment to study the program, see who was coming up next.
That would be Felicity. For her, the men would shout over each other, demanding to be heard, letting the money flow freely.
Another bid rang out.
Completely surprised, Tessa continued to regard the crowd, her attention drawn finally, almost irresistibly, to Logan Kincaid.
She forgot to breathe.
Someone had relit the torch nearest his table. Its bobbing light bathed him in a warm golden glow.
Tessa’s body softened.
Young—thirties or so, just as she’d thought—he wore his dark brown hair longish on the top and sides, combed away from his face. His features were rugged, deliciously masculine, especially his shadow of beard. Tessa had no doubt those short bristles would be rough to the touch, a wonderful contradiction to the silkiness of his lips, his generous mouth. A man’s mouth.
Warmth sluiced through her again, the heat soothing this time. Arousing.
He wore a beige blazer that went well with his tan complexion, his white shirt opened at the collar. Decidedly relaxed. The same as his demeanor. He lowered his drink…whiskey or bourbon…from here it was impossible for her to tell. He glanced at his watch, then surveyed the crowd, not her.
Ronnie took another bid.
With a neutral expression, Logan regarded the man who’d made it.
Tessa didn’t bother to look. She focused on Logan.
Another bid followed the last. As if to determine why, Logan finally glanced at the stage.
Tessa’s pulse pounded. Her legs felt watery.
His attention swept upward from the ridiculous shoes she wore to her naked calves and thighs. He studied her exposed cunt and glittering body jewelry for a moment, then continued to her bared breasts, viewing them briefly before he at last reached her eyes.
There, he stopped, as though he hadn’t meant to. There, he lingered.

Welcome Guest Lynn LaFleur & Her Hot Shots

I always love when I hear about a new book coming out by Lynn LaFleur. She's a very talented Erotic Romance author and a great friend. If you haven't read her yet you really need to check out her books:
http://www.lynnlafleur.com/     Amazon     Barnes and Noble

I love writing romances. Telling the story of two people falling in love makes me smile and gives me that warm, fuzzy feeling deep inside. Make it an erotic romance and I’m even happier.

Writing sexy love scenes isn’t easy. Fun, but not easy. They have to be romantic as well as sexy, something you, the reader, would want to have done to you (or do to your partner). The words have to get to you, make you want more. They have to make you melt.

A nibble on the side of the neck.
A gentle tug with teeth on an earlobe.
Fingertips drifting down a naked back.
A hand sliding over a firm butt cheek.
The tip of a tongue tickling a navel.
Warm lips wrapped around a hard nipple.
Firm male flesh gripped in a tight fist.

Maybe it’s that first kiss between lovers that makes you sigh. Here’s a little taste from my newest novella, “Sizzle”, in the Kensington Aphrodisia anthology, Hot Shots, when my hero and heroine share their first romantic kiss.

 Hot Shots
Featuring Lynn's Story, "Sizzle"
Published by: Kensington Aphrodisia
Release Date: February 25, 2014 (print and ebook)
ISBN: 978-0-758-28895-0 (print)
Genre: Contemporary Firefighter
Length:
 Novella in Anthology

Clay pressed his lips to Maysen’s in a gentle kiss of hello. It would be easy to sweep her into his arms, carry her to his sleeping palette, and ravish her. That wouldn’t do. He wanted to make love to Maysen—slowly, gently, completely.

He almost changed his mind about ravishment when Maysen’s lips softened beneath his in surrender. Needing to touch her, he ran one hand into her hair, cradled the back of her head. A low moan came from her throat before she tilted her head and parted her lips. Clay deepened the kiss, moving his mouth over hers while he tickled the corners of her mouth with his tongue.

Are you melting yet?

If you like that little tidbit and want more, you can find Hot Shots in print or ebook starting today. More information available on my website:

Leather Lace and Spice Advice- #Sex, #Beauty, #Fashion, Lifestyle

There are a number of HOT and Spicy online entertainment magazines hitting the cyber waves and I found one that has heart, besides great topics. I’m sure you’ll be checking these out daily like I do.

With topics like: “Is Fantasy Good or Bad for Your Sex Life?”
“What’s it Like to Attend an Adult Expo in Las Vegas?”
“If I Didn’t Have Passion with My Partner, Can I Ever Create it?”
“Why Are Men Clueless About What Women Want in Bed?”

How could you not click that mouse and read on? J

Alison started the Advice Sisters years ago with her twin sister who has since passed away. Now her friend Tony continues with the online advice column, giving a man’s perspective to their viewers’ questions. http://leatherandlaceadvice.com/ As you’ll see their extensive backgrounds and kind hearts makes for an excellent combination for giving wise advice on dating, love, relationships and more.

Alison and Tony were very generous in their time to be a guest on The Lusty View and answered some questions:

Do you find the readers like the double take men’s and women’s point of view or are they hesitant to share personal experiences?

Alison: I love the double-take. It gives them two different ways to look at any situation. And of course men and women look at things so differently. Even I am amazed at how Tony expresses himself in some of our Q and A and I realize that I never thought of the situation that way. But through his eyes as a man, he sees things I don’t and vice-versa. It also has always amazed me how open people are to sharing their intimate issues. But I think one of the reasons is that we have earned their trust. So many people think that being an advice columnist is fun and easy but it isn’t. It is a skill as well as an innate talent. You always have to be mindful of the fact that what you say can influence someone’s life for better or worse, profoundly. It is an awesome responsibility.

In addition to your blog posts and advice column you offer writing services. Can you tell the readers more about that?

Alison: I have been a writer all my life. I started in high school as editor of the “Packer Prism” and interviewed Dustin Hoffman, Joe Namath, and Paul Stookey of Peter Paul and Mary. I had no fear, I just looked them up in the telephone directory and asked if I could interview them!  I worked in publishing and public relations, and then in every job I ever had, I ended up writing as a significant part of my duties. My work has been featured in publications including: American Express, NCS Career Magazine, the American Chronicle, the Examiner.com, American Singles ,Oncology News,  Porthole Magazine, The Annandale News, BeautyNewsNYC,  Career Magazine, American Singles, Glamour, Daily Makeover, Eharmony, Match,com, Chai Time, Golden Lotus, Bliss Magazine, and Cupids’ Network and others.

I offer the following freelance services: social media, Blog Posts *Feature Articles* Website Content * Specialty Columns * Press Releases *Personal Dating Profiles * Business Proposals * Love Letters * Personal Essays *Twitter and Facebook Content *Business Correspondence *Brochures and Fliers * Article Editing.

I am the author of a number of books including: The Everything Dating Book, 2nd Edition (Adams Media, 2005), Recruiting Love- Using The Business Skills You Have to Find the Love You Want (Cyclone Books, 1998), You Are the Product- How To Sell Yourself To Employers (Piggle Press, 2000/Fabjob 1999), and Feel Great Be Great While You Date (advicesisters, 2004).
Alison is a contributing author in: How To Survive Dating by Mark W. Bernstein (Hundreds of Heads Books, Inc., 2004) and The Last Job Search Guide You’ll Ever Need – How to Find and Get the Job or Internship of Your Dream, compiled by Steven J. Rothberg (CollegeRecruiter.com Books, 2002).

Here is the HIS and HERS perspective on what Alison and Tony do on their websites:  leatherandlaceadvice.com

What’s the most challenging part of working as an advice columnist?
Alison: Most of my advice is offered through online interactions and you can’t see the person you are working with so you lose a lot of the personal cues that you'd get if you were talking to them in person. Also, since we advise people all over the world, I have to be mindful that my cultural, religious, political views and socio-economic background isn't necessarily that of someone else I’m advising.
Tony: My challenge is empathizing with people who should have known better and now they’re dealing with serious problems and we’re trying to help them solve them. We can’t be judgmental after the fact, but have to deal with the situation as it is, and try to help within the limits of the situation they've created

What’s the best piece of advice you've ever given (to anyone)?
Alison: The best piece of advice I've ever given someone is the best piece of advice I've ever been given (from my wise grandmother Tillie) who always said: “where there is life, there is hope.” No problem is unsolve-able except for death. As long as you have breath and a brain, you have the opportunity to figure your way out of (or into) another opportunity. As Scarlett O'Hara said: Tomorrow is another day.
Tony: the best advice I can offer is: they’re all out there to amuse you. The only person who can hurt you is you.  You must find the strength within yourself to find the criticism and taunts and humiliations which life piles on you, and separate yourself from them, so that you may act objectively and so that you can remain happy within yourself.

Do you have any guilty pleasures? (example: Love expensive chocolate, horror movies, NASCAR fan, shoe fetish (oh wait, that’s me), Chinese food at 2a.m., old movies? etc.)
Alison: Oh I have so many! But I don't think any pleasure should make you feel guilty -- if you feel guilt then it's not pleasurable anymore, LOL!
Tony: My guilty pleasure is that I find pleasure in making others happy, or in giving them pleasure.

What do you do when you’re not giving advice? (Day job and/or free time?)
Tony: I give advice to large corporations on computer and security issues, and I play complex computer-based games.
Alison: My day job is writing and I love to write more than anything else. I also like to take photographs (I have a photography website http://www/alisonblackman.info) And I love to read, travel, shop, commune with my cats, and sometimes, on rare occasions, just enjoy cloud formations, I’m never bored.

What would readers be surprised to know about you?
Alison: Although I write about relationships and sex, beauty, fashion and lifestyle, I created a  non-profit group for creatives called The Metropolitan Tribe, I was the Executive Director of a famous NYC Community Gardening group, helped set up New York City's Recycling Programs, and in College my major was Music History (focusing on the Renaissance).
Tony:   I spent 30 years consulting to the professional rock and roll and movie industries

Anything else you’d like to add about yourself, future goals for the Leather and Lace sites?

Alison: As I said previously, everyone thinks that they can give advice, but that doesn't mean they can do it well, or responsibly. You have to be able to see things differently than most people and  break down issues and provide solutions that people can absorb and use in practical ways. I love being able to help change someone's life for the better, perhaps, forever. It is what keeps me going. As long as people want our advice we will continue to provide it. As the internet evolves, so will our Leather and Lace websites, I hope that Tony and I will be able to write some books, eventually, and we would love to get out and meet more of our readers.  Anyone who wants us to be on their radio or television show, or on a panel, or speak at an event, should contact us at:
aandt at leatherandlaceadvice dot com

Tony: During my life many young woman have come to me for advice and guidance. I have always enjoyed watching them grow and utilize that advice to have a better and more productive life. This is why I decided to partner with Alison and offer advice to a wider audience.

Thank you so much Alison and Tony for being a guest at The Lusty View!! Feel free to post a comment on what topics you’d like to see on their blog. Or what you’d like to see on this blog.

Check out their websites/blogs for some fantastic articles, blog posts and advice!!

After the Rain, a HOT M/M by Daisy Harris

After the Rain
by Daisy Harris

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BLURB:
They’re going to need a bigger tent.
Henri’s list of bad exes is as long as his arm, but nothing prepared him for his latest, heart-stomping breakup. He thought he couldn’t feel more abandoned, until his ride for a group camping trip bails, leaving him stuck driving for hours with a guy who is absolutely not his type.
After breaking up with his girlfriend of five years, firefighter Logan is working up the nerve to explore his interest in men. He knows he’s gay. He just hasn’t had the guts to do anything about it…until now.
Henri’s big-city attitude and tight jeans push every last one of Logan’s buttons, and when he and Henri have to share a tent, Logan is thrilled. He should have realized Pacific Northwest weather would get wet—forcing them to strip naked. Though the steam between them is thicker than coastal fog, Henri’s not sure he can let himself fall for another man. Not even the guy who finally treats him right.
Warning: Contains bad ex-boyfriends, even worse weather, and more than your average amount of sex in a tent. May not be suitable for those with germ phobias, outdoor aversions or fear of damp shoes.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Excerpt:

Logan pulled off his helmet, and Henri did the same. There was a moment when their eyes met, Logan grinning and Henri grinning right back. Henri realized Logan was going to kiss him a split second before it happened.

Henri jerked to get out of the way before their lips touched, and though Logan’s kiss landed at Henri’s hairline, a thrill of panic still ran through him. No way. Herpes! Logan couldn’t kiss him, and Henri definitely couldn’t kiss Logan back. Plenty of other guys would have taken the risk—especially if it was just a kiss—but Henri couldn’t.

“Oh.” Logan froze, his breath still in Henri’s hair. Slowly, he stepped back. “I’m sorry.”

“No. It’s fine.” Henri held his hands palms up, wishing he could explain in a few words, but the guys on the ridge above were already calling to them, hollering that it was time for lunch.

“I didn’t mean...” Logan turned away, hiding his expression. “I just mean it’s no big deal.” Shoulders curled forward, Logan headed up the stairs.

“Logan,” Henri called after him. He hated this. If things were different, he would have been on Logan from the second he saw what he was hiding under his shirt. He would have kissed him and even given his dick a squeeze for good measure. Now he’d be stuck with half explanations all weekend. “Wait up.”

Birkenstock-wearing glamour girl and mother of two by immaculate conception, Daisy Harris still isn't sure if she writes erotica. Her romances start out innocently enough. However, her characters behave like complete sluts. Much to Miss Harris's dismay the sex tends to get completely out of hand.

She writes about fantastical creatures and about young men getting their freak on, and she's never missed an episode of The Walking Dead.
